By accessing or using SendBaba, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Service description

SendBaba provides an email, SMS, and mailbox infrastructure platform enabling users to send transactional and marketing communications, manage contact lists, run campaigns, and access analytics.

3. Account terms

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable use

Permitted: permission-based marketing emails, transactional notifications, newsletters to opted-in subscribers.

• Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, NDPR, CASL, and other applicable regulations
• Only send to recipients who have given valid consent
• Include accurate sender information and an unsubscribe mechanism
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

5. Prohibited content

Zero tolerance. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

• Spam (unsolicited bulk emails)
• Malware or malicious software
• Phishing or deceptive content
• Fraud, scams, or harassment
• Unlawful activities

6. Payment

• Subscription fees billed in advance, monthly or annually
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated
• Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

7. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SendBaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
